Crosswater

Crosswater is a privately owned and operated golf and social club facility located in Central Oregon, just 15 miles South of Bend, adjacent to Sunriver, Oregon.

Crosswater Club Members have access to 54 holes of unparalleled golf. Crosswater, a premier Robert E. Cupp 18 hole championship design golf course; Sunriver Woodlands, a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. design; and Sunriver Meadows, a John Fought redesign. Crosswater is a traditional exclusively bent grass heathland style 7,683-yard golf course, which crosses the Little Deschutes River seven times. Five tees on each hole balance risks against rewards and challenge golfers of all levels. Other amenities consist of a driving range and putting & chipping greens. The Crosswater Clubhouse is residential in feel and houses The Grille restaurant and lounge, The Turn snack bar, golf shop, day locker facilities and exclusive Resident Member Club and Locker Rooms.

Quarterly Assessments and Fees
Quarterly Assessments provide for the maintenance of common area landscaping; pool, spa, exercise and tennis court facilities; roadways and snow removal on roadways; gatehouse staff; security guard, walking paths and maintenance staff and equipment. Also included are management services and capital replacement reserves. The Osprey Pointe Condominium Association quarterly fee includes exterior landscaping, irrigation supplies and landscape water, address rock lighting and all snow removal (walkways and driveways).

Design Guidelines
All and any construction needs approval by the Design Review Committee. Each lot has an approved building envelope. Buyers should work with qualified engineers and architects to ensure proper consideration of climate, topography, soils and drainage conditions.
